I’ve also put a list of my favorite French-food-making-gear at the bottom of the post, so be sure to check it out.
Here are a few easy menu ideas using the recipes below!

The Extravagant Dinner:
My Favorite French-Food-Making-Gear*:
- Ramekins and culinary torch for making Creme Brulee
- French (or Dutch!) oven for making Boeuf Bourguignon and Coq a Vin

I want to try my hand at French cuisine. There are very few restaurants near me with this type of food; the only way I’ll get to try it is if I make it on my own. I also want to try the souffle and the pork dish Coq a Vin.
Souffle is definitely on my list!
A lot of dates at the beginning of a relationship can consist of fine dining and extravagant plans, but I would much rather stay in and cook a meal together. These look absolutely delicious! I know I’ll be attempting a cheese souffle this weekend.
Let me know how it turns out, Stephie!
