Yep, you heard that right! It is pretty much an entertaining-at-the-last-minute miracle.

This Greek roasted red pepper dip is another one of those recipes I learned in our Athens cooking class.

We really had so much fun taking that class! This spicy feta dip recipe was the last one we learned, and it truly only took us five minutes to make it!

How to Make Greek Red Pepper Feta Dip

Step #1: Roughly break up the cheese into chunks and place in the bowl of a food processor or blender.

Step #2: Add the roasted red peppers, salt, and red pepper flakes then pulse the processor a few times. While continuing to pulse, drizzle in the olive oil. Depending on the feta used, you may want to add a bit more olive oil until it reaches a spreadable consistency. I used my handy small-size food processor, which was perfect for this quick job and doesn’t take up a ton of space in my dishwasher.

Step #3: Serve with vegetables like red bell peppers, cucumbers, carrot sticks, celery sticks and warm pita bread, pita chips, crackers or even tortilla chips for dipping.

Expert Tips

Quality Ingredients: Since this recipe has such a short ingredient list, every component really needs to shine. Opt for high-quality feta cheese and good olive oil – it makes a world of difference in the final taste.

Drain the Peppers: If you’re using roasted red peppers from a jar, make sure to drain them well before adding to the food processor. You don’t want any extra liquid making the dip too runny.

    This was yummy! I made exactly as noted but used about 3/8 chili flakes as I like spicy, and the Korean spicy garlic condiment instead of oil and salt. My peppers were packed in yummy herb infused oil, so I only loosely drained them to retain some of their oil’s flavor. This is the first review I have ever written on Pinterest,but this was so good I had to post! I served with the soft naan dippers. Definitely a keeper.

  2. I go to this foofoo restaurant and they sell this for $21 for 5 oz, I googled spicy feta and I mean this tastes IDENTICAL to the foofoo feta I cant afford! Amazing!
